Description
My Fitness Level is a simple app that tracks your daily exercises.
You start off by creating exercises where you can choose to track weight, repetitions, duration and/or distance. Each exercise is classified by category and muscle group.
Categories include:
- Warmup
- Resistance Training
- Cardio Activity
Muscle Groups include:
- Chest
- Back
- Heart
- Shoulders
- Arms
- Legs
- Glutes
- Hips
- Neck
You then create your first session, add a set to it and then enter data associated with your set.
The resulting information is organized by:
- Annually
- Monthly
- Daily
- Session
- Set
- Exercise
The simplicity of the app comes from the restricted movement. You either drill down or go back. Let us know if you find it tricky to navigate and well be happy to consider your suggestions in our next release.
For progress tracking, the topmost screen includes a report view (Annual Report View) that displays total and average numbers for each month. This will allow you to compare monthly numbers from year to year.
There are also several color themes available from the setting menu.
This first release does not track diet (weight, calories, carbs or protein) but we think that would be a great, free addition in our upcoming updates.
