“My Italian Kitchen” is the mobile-app version of Janet Zappala’s popular Italian cookbook of the same name. The app includes more than 70 of Janet’s favorite family recipes, many reimagined to make them more healthful than the originals – but just as tasty.
Janet Zappala is a certified nutritional consultant and an award-winning television news journalist, winning six Emmy awards for her work at TV stations in cities across the country, including Honolulu, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver and Philadelphia. Janet served as host of "All About You," a consumer/health program.
Interactive features of the app include the ability to:
• Bookmark favorite recipes.
• Search the full text of every recipe.
• Browse recipes by category (pastas, desserts, etc) or alphabetically.
• Take written notes and record voice notes.
“My Italian Kitchen” downloads directly to your mobile device; no web connection is necessary after the initial download.
