Ive always loved match games this is a great twist on the concept. You learn African American history and have a great time while doing it. Who knew a black man had the patent for a cookie cutter!!!! What an awesome and innovative game.

Awesome App!
Love It!!
I have played this game about 10 times now. I didnt know an African American invented the super soaker!! This app is great!! Perfect for young people. Its educational and fun!!
Surprise! Surprise!
I never expected to find something like this at the App store. It is fun to play and educational. My kids love it and have told me about a few inventions I wasnt aware of. I will definitely recommend this fun app to friends.
Love it!!!!
My kids love this game! (okay, so do I!) Thanks for creating a game like this that teaches our children in the midst of fun. I love both character and I cant wait to see what else they will be up to in the future.
Educational and fun
Glad to have found this game. My young niece and nephew are always asking to play games on my iPhone, and they like the match game and cute characters that look like them. Love the Black history element! At age 3 & 5, theyre too young to read the descriptions of the inventions, but I loved sharing it with them. We all learned something! (The egg beater -- who knew?!?) More games like this, please!!
Good idea but should be free
Its a good idea in theory but in form the application is not great and the history lesson is really small. Not worth 99 cents. Dont get sucked in by the cultural aspects and the little cartoon kid faces like I did... There are much better matching games out there (matching brushes and tables? Its like a bad board game from the 60s). Please note that my review is as an app user first. If you think Im just hatin .. Download the app and throw a dollar into the wind like I did. Hope it gets a major overhaul
Trash
This app contains completely inaccurate information while claiming to be educational! I have no idea how this app aims to be "uplifting" for African Americans when it simply patronizes its intended audience. Here are some examples: The pencil sharpener was invented in the 1830s in France... not by an African American 70 years later, as this app claims. The "inventor" this app lists isnt even the first American to patent a design for a pencil sharpener, which happened in the 1850s. The rest of the "inventions" include things like the traffic light, claimed to be invented in 1923 (of which the electric version was actually invented 13 years earlier, and the original gas traffic signal way back in the 1850s). My favorite, though, is the "kitchen table". Yep, apparently putting a table in a kitchen classifies as its very own "invention". Am I the only one who thinks this app was probably developed by a racist as some sort of passive-aggressive attack? I mean, really, "Ayesha"?
