The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Solar production declined substantially in June. Company apparently recognized this in July, but never contacted me. When I noticed in early August that the meter was in Standby mode and not producing, they arranged a visit at the end of August (earliest they could schedule). Tech got system back up, but no contact from them about resolution of production issues. I would advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
