Another interactive multimedia sailing and boating course by NauticEd This course is a complete discussion of the International Rules for prevention of collision at sea adopted by every country. Complete with well explained graphics, animations and videos. It is a curriculum course for NauticEd International Sailing Education company. You can take the optional test online for free to ensure you have absorbed the material.
If you are a boater, you must be familiar with all of these international rules. Much of this course discussion relates to sailboats but, all the rules are presented and discussed for all types of boats.
