To register, simply download the app, sign up as a charger and follow the steps. Once you’re approved, simply carry our latest power bank, and make yourself available on the app.
Requesting Need Charge is easy – here’s how it works:
- Just open the app and tell us where you are, so chargers can meet you.
- You’ll see your charger’s name and picture, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment is made by credit card for each 10 minutes of charging.
- After the charge, you can rate your charger and provide feedback to help us improve the Need Charge experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.
Need Charge is currently available in Sydney, with other cities launching very soon!
