Description
Nobile®, French producer specialized in wood enology, is offering a Smartphone application to better serve enologists and winemakers.
Nobile® provides you with an easy calculation tool that allows to quickly determine the quantity and the type of Nobile® staves to use depending on:
-The percentage of new oak wanted (The calculation is based on the total contact surface of a new Bordeaux type barrel of 225L).
-The volume of the tank you want to treat (choosing the metric system or the American system).
The app includes a “favorites” section that allows the user to save all calculations made for each tank.
Nobile® also offers to wine professionals the possibility to consult the specifications of all the Nobile® range products (granular, oak chips, barrel refresh, stave) and to find the nearest distributor using geolocation.
