Description
Its 1222, and the great castle of Northampton is hosting a tournament. Jack, the millers son, is invited to take part in a number of quests to help a knight get ready for the tournament held later that day. Through his eyes, we take a tour around Northampton castle and see what life was like for the residents there, with a number of mini games and quests, culminating in an actual tournament, all in Virtual Reality.
Following on from the very successful tour of Northamptons Great Hall, Northampton Borough Council, the Friends of Northampton Castle and Pixel Creative Technologies invite you to witness and experience life in Northampton Castle. Learn about the castle, preparations for a medieval tournament, local legends, and take part in mini game challenges. There are three distinct journeys you can choose as you move through the castle. Which one will you choose?
You will need a Cardboard viewer to view the experience.
Safety Information:
As with all VR experiences, it’s important to take frequent breaks. If you experience nausea, discomfort, eye strain, or dizziness, stop using the viewer immediately. Likewise, if you have had or could be prone to seizures, consult a doctor before using the viewer.
