Description
Get Okta (pi)ed! Pi Fight is designed for grade levels 6–12, helping you become proficient using both degrees and radians. Can you become skilled enough to reach level 20? Try it and find out.
The directions are simple: each game is 3 minutes long, and the shot clock starts off with 10 seconds. Choose the bubble that corresponds to Okta’s location on the unit circle, and pull back the crab to aim the pie within the halo around Okta.
For each successful hit, your level will increase by one. Similarly, each miss will decrease your level by 1. There is no penalty for a pass. Your current level is indicated in by the level bar; the highest level is 20.
Each time you move up a level you will have less and less time on the shot clock. Level 1 is 10 seconds. Level 10 is 5 seconds. And Level 20 allows you 1/20 the standard shot time of 10 seconds (yep, half a second!).
At the end of each game, you will have the opportunity to see your—
• Game mode (A varied game mode indicates switches in modes during the game)
• Hits
• Misses
• Streak (highest number of consecutive hits)
• Percentage of hits
