O.M.N.I (ONE MORE NEEDED INSIDE) is a coalition of individuals who have experienced, endured and overcome hardships in life. We use our life experiences and lessons learned from them as tools to provide an outreach for young men. We strive to serve a greater purpose in the lives of these young men. We hope to help guide them along the paths they must travel in life. We seek to use every avenue available to reach the young men. MUSIC, TELEVISION, BARBERSHOPS, BEAUTY SHOPS, CHURCHES, SPORTS ETC...all will be utilized to uphold our motto: "BREAKING CYCLES AND BUILDING BRIDGES"

2. Help bring understanding and solutions to difficult questions of life.
3. Teach and model ways to live a positive and productive life.
4. Invest time in order to produce positive change.
5.Consistently remain a positive influence and community based mentor in the lives of young men.
