Description
Open House USA lets you search MLS real estate open house information in the entire US (50 states and DC). Search for homes for sale with open house in any dates in the next two weeks. Specify one or a combination of property types, including house, Condo (Condominium), Apartment, single family house, multi-family homes, townhouse or land. Pick any state and then optionally select one or more towns/cities to be searched for only. You can further narrow down the selection by specifying minimum and maximum prices, minimum and maximum living spaces, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, and age of the house.
The search returns a list of real estate properties matching the criteria to be displayed on a summary screen. Each entry includes a picture, price, date and time of the open house, address, number of bed rooms, numbers of full and half baths, living space and the year the house was built. You can click the map link which gives you a map with the exact location where the house is located. The map feature allows you to zoom in/out, navigate, and switch between street and satellite view, etc. You can also click the picture to step into Zillow’s website to view further detail information of the properties.
From the summary screen, you can pick any entries that you would like to see the open house for and add them into your itineraries. An itinerary consists of a list of properties that you would like to visit on a day and you can see a map which has marks of all the destinations in the itinerary. The App allows to have one itinerary each day and you can save up to 14 itineraries to plan for all the trips in the next two weeks.
Version 4.0 includes a "Find Route" feature. It takes consideration of the start and end time of all the selected open house events as well as the traveling time/distance between each destination to find an optimal route for your itinerary so each destination can be visited within the specified time frame with minimal total travel time. To use the "Find Route" function, just add two or more destinations to an itinerary, select the itinerary, and then click the "Find Route" button to view a detailed description of the planned route.

Extremely helpful
Ive been looking for open houses in my area for a while with no luck. This app is awesome, I just put in my area and my search criteria and it gives me a list of upcoming open houses. So easy to use and helpful.
