При том катастрофическом положении, в котором находится современное российское психиатрическое образование, данный учебник -- одна из немногих возможностей для российского психиатра вырваться из тьмы дремучего невежества, в котором его цепко держит окружающая псевдо-академическая среда и основанная на ней убогая практика. Ни Москва, ни Санкт-Петербург -- увы, далеко не столицы мировой психиатрии.
