PainTrackr is an open-source app that monitors physical pain. It logs pain based on severity and location and stores this data so that it can be easily transmitted.

PainTrackr seeks to make logging pain more intuitive, while eliminating the hassle of imputing information via pen and paper. By providing a way for patients to easily enter data about their bodily pains, PainTrackr hopes to improve communication between patients and their healthcare providers.

Needs edit feature

Good concept. Needs better edit feature once you start showing where your pain is located.

nice app

useful

Communicate your pain

This is a great approach to help record and track your pain, and communicate it with doctors or therapists.

Great app

Good way to keep track of your aches and pains.

Great idea but not there yet

I love this idea but it is kind of like a rough draft. History is not accurate. Very hard to highlight correct areas.

Needs work but has potential

Clunky & difficult to use, but i like the fact that it has a generic body representation and is pretty thorough in terms of available options for pain locations. Overall one of the better options despite its problems.
