ParkModo is the marketplace to easily trade your on-street parking spots for cash or instantly find a spot for a few bucks! Through our marketplace, we take the pain out of parking and simultaneously reduce congestion and carbon emissions associated with finding parking spots.
For Sellers:
You worked hard to find that on-street parking spot! You may as well earn a few dollars before leaving and spread some good parking karma to your neighbors at the same time!
It’s easy to offer your on-street parking spot. Simply determine when you’re leaving and set your price. When someone purchases your space, your ParkModo account will be credited and then you simply meet your partner and trade spaces using the meeting protocol.
When your ready, you can either withdrawal the funds or use your credit to purchase a space when you’re circling the block and can’t find a spot!
For Buyers:
Tired of circling the block looking for parking? Can’t afford another parking ticket? Broke from parking in garages? Stop the parking madness by instantly purchasing on-street parking spots from someone that is intending to leave their space at the time and place that you need one.

If you purchase a space and the seller does not show up, you can claim a “No Show” and you will be refunded the full purchase amount.
