Some useful stuff but some useless instructions on how to do more
I was expecting calming passages from this deck, but what this deck contains is actually instructions on what you should DO. Most people getting this deck probably are looking for some release from their stress, not some more responsibilities/ instructions on things to do. For example, one of the cards will advice the reader to "cook a meal after a grueling day to release tension." Another card will ask the reader to "place other peoples desires before our own." The deck does have some useful advice, such as making a list of specific fears you have about the future so that you can empty them from your mind. or how to massage your face. Overall, its less than I expected.

I bought this app along with the relax deck and this one works perfectly as well too. The words are very simple yet can be powerful when followed correctly. I recommend for those easily stressed people!
