How it works:

Personal Workout is based on a modular system consisting of individual workouts that are hand-selected, combined and performed by your professional instructor Claudia according to her longstanding experience. Depending on your personal aims just follow Claudia through real-time video programs of your category: Lose Weight, Tone Muscles or Stay Fit. Each program consists of a warmup phase in the beginning and then follows a specific purpose, e.g. burning calories and toning the abs. Finally, if you feel comfortable with a program simply go on to the next one that will be more advanced and longer.

Perform your current program daily for an optimal result, 5 times a week for a very good result or 3 times a week for a good result. Nevertheless: performing only once a week is still better than doing nothing!

The workouts are designed to work on every spot of your body by the categories: abs, legs, buttocks, upper body, whole body, cardio and warmups. In addition, each exercise is chosen carefully so that it is never harmful to your health, regardless of you doing it correctly or more sloppily: in the worst case the exercise is just not that effective, but it is never harmful!


About Claudia:

Claudia studied sports science and finished her MSc with distinction, focussing on the field of prevention. During her studies she founded her own dance and motion studio which she is leading successfully for over 10 years now.
While giving master classes for modern dancing like Hip-Hop or Jazz-Dance she always integrated health and fitness in her courses. Using her knowledge from the university in combination with her positive attitude makes every workout unique, effective, and of course fun.

Ottima per chi non può andare in palestra

Mi sono trasferito all’estero e tra una nuova lingua da imparare e la libera professione che non mi lascia ore libere è stata dura tenermi in forma. Invece con questa bell’app è stato facilissimo tornare in forma e rimettere su quel tono muscolare che, dopo quasi un anno fermo, stava per andare via. Doop aver iniziato diventerà la tua compagna quotidiana, sia per brevi che per lunghi incontri. Well done!

bon programme

Chaque workout bien conçus et assez courts. Facile à suivre en même temps que Claudia. Seulement, il faut acheter plein dautres workout pour changer dactivités.

Bon investissement

Jai fréquenté les salles de fitness pendant 3 ans, et après avoir déménagé je nai pas retrouvé de salle qui me convienne. Personnal Workout compile la plupart des exercices réalisés en salle, et pour 30€ on a accès à toute la palette dexercices. Cela reste beaucoup moins cher que de payer une salle. ^^ Je trouve dommage de ne pas avoir le minutage de chaque exercice par contre. Je préfère bouger sur mes propres musiques (entendues en salle :P) que sur celle proposées par lappli et il est plus facile de trouver une musique adaptée avec le minutage précis. En résumé : un très bon compromis à la salle si vous avez déjà pratiqué ^^

Correlação com a idade

Os exercícios são excelentes, muito bem dirigidos pela Professora Paula. Parabéns! Sugiro que também inclua comentários que facilitem a adaptação dos exercícios para pessoas de idade superior a 50 anos.

Ótimo aplicativo.

Esse aplpicativo é muito bom. Ele procura fazer com que o usuario tenha aulas com um personal trainer focando no seu objetivo, que pode ser: perder peso, tonificar músculos ou manter a forma. Ainda mais, para cada um desses objetivos, é possível variar o nível de intensidade de 1 a 10, onde 1 significa uma aula de 12 min e nível 10 implica numa aula de 45min. Além disso, esse aplicativo dosa, para cada uma dessas aulas, entre exercícios que trabalham o sistema cardiovascular e grupo muscular. Em resumo, recomendo bastante o aplicativo. Se você é um aluno aplicado e persegue o seu objetivo, saiba que o Personal Workout terá muito a agregar.
