If youre tired of keeping track of all your paper receipts then try Photo Receipt Accounting. This simple and fast filing system allows you to take a picture and file it into the appropriate folder where it can be emailed at your convenience.
Steps:
1. Go into the appropriate folder and take a photo of the receipt using the built in camera.
2. Done! Your Photo Receipt is captured, dated, and catalogued. When your ready to export the list of Photo Receipts of each folder simply touch the email button and all the photos will load into one email and then just send.
There is a rename option with each photo if you want to title it or makes notes.
Your accountant will be very happy and you in turn will save money on accounting fees.
Optional: Use the built in notes tool to keep notes on receipts which need further explaining.
Hint: When using iPhone 4g I find my Facetime camera captures the receipts better.
