Description
Pilates was designed by Joseph Pilates, a physical-culturist born in Germany in 1880. He developed a system of exercises during the first half of the 20th century which were intended to strengthen the human mind and body. Joseph Pilates believed that mental and physical health are inter-related.
Pilates is a complete iPad app that is a collection of exclusive movies performed and narrated by a professional Pilates and Yoga instructor. The instructor has practiced and taught Pilates her entire life and teaches classes weekly. We dont use models or "famous" people, just a real everyday Pilates instructor. The movies are groups into the following sections: Warm Up, Leg, Back and Abdomen.
Unlike some Pilates apps that provide links to several different Internet content sources, these are all an original series of movies that logically flow both with and amongst the exercises.
This is a free app that contains no advertising or ads to purchase other apps.
Requires 3G or WiFi connection to play movies.
