Introducing Pocket Pep-Talks, a new IOS mobile application, that serves as a personal cheerleader and support system at all times. The app consists of 24/7 access to curated content tailored to your specific situation.

You will have a video pep talk that will talk you through these situations and offer an alternative perspective to seemingly bad situations, serve as a guide to center yourself before anxiety provoking situations, and learn to see the glass half full after you’ve experienced something seemingly negative.
