Polar® Heart Rate (HR) is a Polar heart rate-ready fitness system for the iPhone.
Polar HR enables you to customize dashboards and design workouts on your iPhone to see and track fitness metrics, including:
• Current, Average and Maximum Heart Rate
• Time in Target Heart Zones (default or user-defined)
• Calories Burned
• Elapsed and Remaining Exercise Times
