Polaris è una applicazione (per smartphone o tablet) che, tramite informazioni geolocalizzate, visualizza per i cittadini il Piano di Protezione Civile e la propria posizione su mappa rispetto ad esso, indica il percorso utile al raggiungimento della via di fuga o delle aree di attesa prossime alla posizione e previste dal piano di emergenza. Inoltre è predisposto per inviare le notifiche di pre-allarme alla cittadinanza e coordinando le comunicazioni gestite dall’Ente.
