The goal of Prime is simple: help you keep your eyes rested without getting in your way. Based on the popular 20-20-20 rule, Prime is a timer app that reminds you to rest your eyes at regular intervals. The rule states: (during prolonged periods of computer use) Every *20* minutes, fix your eyes on a point at least *20* feet away, for *20* seconds. They will thank you!
Usage is simple:
1) Start the timer
2) When the timer is up, Prime will remind you to take a break
3) Find an object at least 20 feet away and focus on it
4) Prime will let you know when you can continue working
