Project Gateways Assessor is a new app from Bestoutcome that helps you objectively assess your projects readiness to pass through a specific Project Gateway
Your project obviously appeared viable at the time it was approved. But knowing what you know now about the complexity and difficulty of delivering the project to the originally agreed budget and schedule and delivering the promised benefits in the timescales expected is it still viable? Would it actually be in the organizations best commercial interests to rescope, reshape or rebaseline the project? Or should it continue with a few corrective actions?
Using our extensive experience of delivering and independently reviewing change projects and programmes, we have developed the Project Gateways Assessor app to give you:
• an overall rating of the readiness of this project to pass this Gateway
• a detailed rating for the four key areas of business case, work quality, deliverability and benefits realization
• recommended Corrective Actions to effectively increase your readiness for passing through the Gateway
• options to print or e-mail the report to colleagues
The Assessor can hold multiple Projects/Gateways, and you can revise your rating at any time.
This app does not replace our full Programme/Project Health Check consultancy service but does give you a good overview of the projects readiness to pass through a particular Gateway and a set of corrective actions that you can undertake to increase your readiness to pass through that Gateway.
