Die Beschreibung in der Hilfe ist ist nicht hilfreich, da man leider nicht findet, wie man an die Zeitschriftenhefte dran kommt und wo man seine ABO-Nr. loswird, damit das Ganze nichts kostet. Beim Anklicken vom SHOP gähnende Leere. In der Abteilung "EINKÄUFE" gibt es keine weiteren Hinweise, nur ein grauer Hintergrund.

Fast alles gut!
Ich finde die neue App. gut! Klappt fast alles mit kleinen Kinderkrankheiten... Toll dass man jetzt als Abonnement auch digital lesen kann!!! Das hab ich mir gewünscht und klappt gut! Danke!
Mehrwert für Abonnenten
Als Abonnent der Hefte bekommt man mit der App einen echten mobilen Mehrwert. Im Dezemberheft ist erstmals zusätzliches Video- und Bildmaterial eingebunden.
Sofort wieder gelöscht
Die Ladedauer für eine Ausgabe liegt bei einer halben Stunde nach mehreren Startversuchen. Auch nach dem Download ein weißer Bildschirm. Über das Menü sind die Kapitel auswählbar, der Text musste gesondert angesteuert werden, was nur bei einem von fünf Versuchen funktioniert. Die Anwendung ist sehr spartanisch im Design, das Lesen kaum möglich. Schade. Dann doch lieber die Printausgabe.

Gutschein Code - Limit erreicht
Heft mit dem Hinweis auf die APP inkl. Gutschein Code gesehen. APP geladen, Code eingegeben - es erscheint der Hinweis - Limit erreicht. Unglaublich. Support aufgerufen, Email Fenster ging auf ohne Email Adresse. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben.
Recht unbrauchbar
Zuerst erhält man x mal die Meldung "ungültiger Code ", wenn man seine Abonummer eingibt, und wenn es dann endlich geklappt hat, wiederholt sich die Prozedur bei jedem einzelnen Heft. Bislang bin ich über die aktuelle Ausgabe nicht hinausgekommen.
