Amazing guides, but even more amazing eGuides!

QuickSeries guides are amazing guides to find useful information about a certain subject, but now that they are making them in eGuides, the content is just so much more useful and complete. It is easy to use, you can take notes, bookmark a page, etc... Great Job!

Military

I downloaded the Military guides for my brother who returned from Iraq. Outstanding! Cool navigation and the content is the most expert weve seen to date. Thanks!

Trainer ICS

I have been using the ICS pocket guides to train first responders for the past few years. The ICS eguide takes the training to the next level. My students love them!

Pretty Cool

Its a pretty awesome and educational app!

Pool log book needs update badly!

Im using the Pool Water Testing Log (one of the "books" available through this app). The overall concept is good and the page layouts are not terrible but the whole thing is as unstable and buggy as all heck. While entering values in the Daily Record (which is their label for the water test page), the screen would go black. Usually when you go to input something in an app or mobile website, the keyboard slides up from the bottom. With this app, some times the keyboard slides up but with the page over it being black--so you cant see she youre typing or where you are on the page. Sometimes the keyboard doesnt slide up at all; instead a black screen slides up over the entire screen so you cant see anything! Also, there are really only 3 types of data you can enter. Daily Record, Chemicals Added, and Maintenance Notes. Within those, there is plenty of data. My complaint is that the app seems to have "loops". Meaning, there are 2 different labels for each page so while it may look like you have 6 different pages to visit, there is really only 3 and all the links take you to one of those 3. Its a decent app overall. The concept is good but it needs to be cleaned up, debugged, and fleshed out with a few more features. The app itself is OK and the manuals/booklets that you buy within the app are detailed and informative. Some of them do seem to need a little work. The app--or the books within the app--dont refresh properly. Too many button taps are required to navigate around, but I do recommend getting this app.

What a Disgrace!

Not only are their hardcopies printed in Canada, but their prices are outrageous. Just a company trying to make money off the government. They have the TSA seal all over some of these guides, but most emergency workers cant afford $8.00 for a glorified PDF pocket guide. Really? Really? We are going to send this crap to local governments to squeeze more money from their budgets? Why isnt the government providing this stuff to emergency workers? So thats it folks, anti-terrorism officially has gone commercial.

I love this app!

It is really simple to use and the information is clearly presented. Would like to see some books on fitness and nutrition.
