Whoever is in charge of this app or by extension your head IT department should be fired. The app doesnt even come up with log in page. It pops up stare at you for 20 seconds and disappear! By now this bug should have been fixed but somehow it hasnt. What a shame!

Annoying
When I try entering my details to receive money via western union, it keeps taking me back to the start page. That is so annoying! 1 star is way too much!
Why Only Verve
This app will not very useful if all one can do is check ones card balance and top up prepaid phones. Also why is it restricted to Verve cards alone? I think MasterCard is more widely used. So much potential here. Please update to add all the services on the Quickteller website.
