Real Change provides opportunity and a voice to homeless and low-income people while taking action for economic, social, and racial justice. More than 300 vendors are employed selling our weekly newspaper each month at locations throughout the Puget Sound region.
The Real Change app allows readers to support their vendor through an electronic purchase that eliminates the need for cash while maintaining the vendor/reader interaction that is at the heart of why Real Change works.
Features:
• Scans unique QR code on vendor badge to credit the transaction to your vendor.
• Vendor receives credit for the sale the following business day.
• Receipt screen with unique vendor information verifies completion of transaction.
• The app uses standard iOS in-app billing. No additional payment information is required.
• An ePub version of Real Change downloads to your digital library to view at your convenience.
