ReMo is the best way to keep yourself motivated to stay healthy! With ReMo you are able to hold yourself accountable, and consistently stay motivated to fulfill your goals. Here is how it works:
- Lock in the days you plan on going to the gym for the upcoming week.
- Set the amount you are willing to pay if you do not go to the gym on the days you say you will.
- Using the GPS on your phone, ReMo will track when you go to the gym, and when you do not.
- Days that you don’t go to the gym, you pay the amount you have set for yourself
- Complete all of your goals for the week and ReMo will PAY YOU on a weekly basis.
- Once a month, whoever shows the most dedication to their goals will receive a Major Monthly Motivation Prize of $1,000 or more!

From working out at home, to running up and down the stairs, to walking around your neighborhood, we will be able to track and give you credit for all forms of activities!
Are you a fan of golf, tennis, baseball or other sports? We will also be launching a way for users to track certain sports to make sure you are getting your reps in. ReMo will make you feel great about your decision to leave work early and hit the driving range, because you will get paid for doing so at the end of the week!
