I like this app a lot. A previous user of the developers Ease Into 5K app, I found switching to this app a breeze. The interface is very similar. It has the ability to track a distance run (you put in the distance, it lets you know at preset intervals how close to done you are), a timed run (you put in the time), a timed run/walk interval program, or a distance run/walk interval program, all very flexible and customizable. You can also even do a calorie run - it tells you when youve burned your preset # of calories. It tracks your total distance run, #calories, average pace over all of your runs, and it also has a built-in running journal with all of your stats. It plays your own music which you can pause independently of the run tracker. Really, the only thing I wish it had was the ability to turn GPS off when Im using it on a treadmill, but - I can live with it the way it is. It will sync with your RunHelper account, and all of your running data is there, and you can export it to a spreadsheet. Very smooth.

Full-featured run tracking app
Its OK
Its an OK app. I wish you had the option to change Pace for mph (both current speed and average). In used to using mph. This makes it a deal breaker for me.
My opinion
It helps me set new goals.
Just keep running...
I started with the Ease Into 5K app, then moved up to the Bridge to 10K app and really liked them both. I never knew I had it in me to run~and enjoy running~ until I used those apps so successfully. I decided to purchase the RunHelper Plus (instead of just using the distance run feature on the previous apps) because I love the new options in this app! First, being able to choose whether you want to include/record the warm up/cool down part of your workout is awesome because you can get a true pace per mile without the walk portion averaged in to your run pace. Yeah! I also like the ability to choose if I want to run by distance, time, interval. As I progress in my running and training I needed more flexibility to track intervals, etc. I love everything about this app. Thank you for creating such an awesome running tool!
I was charged double the amount the price said
Not too happy, I would like refund of half.
Needs a bug fix
Favorite running app, but issues since last update. No longer crashes when you try to open graphs, but they only open in portrait view so you cant see the later data. Can no longer add the "how was your run" info its like the view of that page is scrolled down past it. Also would be nice if the screen locked during "warm up" so you wouldnt have to babysit it.
Glitches in warm up and cool down
I bought this app because I was extremely happy with their ease into 5k and after completing that program wanted to continue using something similar but with more flexibility in my workouts. So far, it has glitched out on me for two out of my three last runs. Seems to only be an issue in the warm up and cool down. They just keep re-starting and it stops logging your run. When I switch those off, I dont seem to have a problem. Hope the big gets fixed soon though or I will be switching to a different run app.
