Ein super App. Alle Verteidigungsmaßnahmen sind super erklärt und für jedermann umsetzbar. Habe schon einiges geübt und fühle mich doch ein wenig sicherer . Lob und eine "eins" an die Macher. Weiter so !!!

Lohnenswert!
Wow, richtig viele Tips und Erklärungen! Hier wird so vieles angesprochen, dass ich mir noch gar nicht alles angeschaut habe :P naja, werd ich bald machen. Hier und da sind zwar ein paar kleine Rechtschreib- und/oder Grammatikfehler aber es ist trotzdem alles gut zu verstehen.
