A simple, solidly built app.
Like many, my phone has become my primary time piece. But I dont always enjoy fishing my phone from my pocket to check the time. The Weems & Plath "Ships Bells" app is an elegant way to solve this dilemma. On the half hour, a soft yet clear chime sounds from my phone to keep me mindful of the passage if time. It has even helped me find my phone when Ive misplaced it. I also appreciate how easy it is to set a quiet period for sleep and a mute function for other social situations. A simple yet solidly built app.
Proper ships bells all through your watch
I love this app. W & P also changed back to an older sound file as the new one didnt sound right. My wife has even begun learning the bells - next step, 24-hr time! Theyve been responsive to suggestions too. The Ships Bells helps keep things shipshape and Bristol fashion!

Cool & Useful Upgrade
The Pro version of Weems & Plaths Ships Bell app has some really great upgrades from the original. The chime of the bell is clear & the sound is adjustable & can be muted if you wish. I like the options of changing the background color - great color choices & cool way to make your choice, as well as personalizing the clock face. Love having an accurate,beautiful sounding clock in my phone.
