The Simple E6B Simulator is designed to simulate the circular slide rule found on some watches and (in a much more complex form) in devices still used by aviation pilots.

This is the iPad version, with a larger and higher resolution wheel and support for landscape and portrait rotations.

This application is intended for people already familiar with operating E6B calculators.

Rotate your finger around the outer dial to perform a wide range of calculations such as:

- ground speed
- fuel consumption
- rate and distance of climb / descent
- metric-imperial unit conversions
- multiplication and division

GPS and compass-based data is also shown if your iPad supports these and they are active and working (requires devices with GPS and compass support for these features).
