Martin & Co (Reading Caversham) have been working with Smart Hub for about 6 months now, using their iPad app for carrying out property inspections.
The application is fully configurable allowing us to tailor how it works and automate some of the input. It also allows us to take photos of the property and automatically embed them into the report and then email the report directly from the iPad to our landlords.
We have found firstly, that the app saves us an enormous amount of time in comparison to our previous reporting tool, saving about 1 hour, per day of inspections for our property managers.
