최근 JAMA에 발표된 논문 (2016년 2월)을 통해 패혈증(Sepsis)의 진단 기준은 완전히 변경되었습니다. The Third International Consensus에서 추천하는 바에 따르면 SIRS Criteria는 좀 더 임상적으로 의미있는 SOFA(Sequential Organ Failure Assessment) Score로 변경되었습니다.
