A total waste of money!

If you choose the activity level with something else than Manual it wont let you enter the different things you have done during the day. The recommend calorie intake is the same for sedentary or hard daily sport. When in Manual, you have to figure how much calories you have brunt for each activity you enter… overall this program is a rip-off...

Stay away from this one

Please dont waste your money. Im SO angry I bought this. The food choices to track your calorie intake are ridiculous. Type in "Egg" and its not the standard 70 calorie egg, nor are there options for egg whites. You can add 4 ounces of apple to your log, but not AN APPLE. I wanted an app, not a web-based program, but just use MyFitnessPal. Its free, has a more comprehensive food database, and also has a mobile app.

What I was looking for

This app makes exactly what I wanted: calculate the calories of all my recipes in grams and percentage. Furthermore, with the Diary I can keep track of the calories you take each day and spending. I think Ill download the iPad version too! Highly recommended.

Frustrating

It does not allow for me to search a meal to find the content. I wanted to search for kung pao chicken that I ate ate restuarant. It does not look this up to reveal the calories, fat, carbs etc. Must already enter a recipie or go off of their basic list of foods such as apples, boneless chicken, butter etc. I wish this would have a food database of common foods. I think this would be a great app if it had this feature as I dont cook at home for majority of my meals. I also wish it containted a large data base of easy recipes as then maybe I would cook more at home.

needs larger food database

Would be great if the large USDA food database were added to choose the ingredients from…or at least a way to import it since it is free from the USDA site. I bought specifically b/c it looked like I can get the total calories for a recipe as well as percentage of protein, carb, fat, and fiber…but will take some time to input all the info for specific ingredients not in the menu…would also like to be able to calculate the water content of the recipe.

Dissapointed

Waste of money! its literally the only recopies you get are the ones in the screenshot. I thought I would get a lot more.
