- If you are unable to download images or connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi after pairing, try one or more of the following solutions:
- Turn the paired camera off and then on again.
- Switch tabs in SnapBridge.
- Exit and relaunch SnapBridge.
- Users can register for a Nikon ID using this app.
- Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when using this app.
- Remote movie recording is not supported on some cameras.
- Movies can be downloaded by switching to Wi-Fi and selecting the files manually.
- Upload/download of AVI and interlaced movies is not supported.
- 4K UHD movies transfer and playback are not supported on some devices.
- Remote photography and movie download are available only if the camera has Wi-Fi (some cameras only).
- Keep the app displayed in the foreground when downloading images from the camera via Wi-Fi. Download is not available when the app is running in the background.
- The app may not perform as expected depending on your environment and network conditions.

I can't connect my iOS device (iPhone 7) to my SnapBridge app! I've downloaded and upgraded to the version 1.5, deleted and re-downloaded the app, reset my camera, updated my phone to 13.4.1, and still NOT connecting. I've tried everything :(
I have the latest iPadOS (13.3.3-something), the latest version of Snapbridge and the latest (version 1.5) firmware in my B500, and it still WILL NOT PAIR! How hard can it be to FIX THE PROBLEM???
How long will it take to solve the issue with the Bluetooth connection to IOS11.2 This is really annoying. This is one of the main reasons I bought this camera. The answer from Nikon support "we are sorry but we can´t answer when Snapbridge will be compatible with IoS11.2.5, I propose that you look for Sanpb. downloads to find out when they will launch the update". Nikon launch their products with a functionality that doesn´t work and they don´t seem so care if the problem will be solved or not.
LOOKS LIKE IOS 11.2.5 HAS MESSED UP EVERYONES SNAPBRIDGE APP!!! Mine was working fine yesterday, and has fine since Dec on my D3400. Installed the new update this morning now it’s ruined. Can’t transfer my pics. Disappointed as use the app daily... PLEASE FIX SOON!!
Snapbridge pairing issues with iphone ios 11.2.5 app was working samoothly on android devices but ios devices are failed to connect plz solved the issues on urgent basis
i have a D850 and wanna use WIFI. Snapbridge really sucks ! Always disconnect and only available if you make a bluetooth connection in front. Nikon Cams are good , the nikkors too.....but this software is really the last. The handling and the functions are bad. Noone can use it. Nightphotographie isnt possible, etc. SOLVE THE PROBLEMS......YOU LOOSE CUSTOMERS ..... !!!!!!!
