This app was perfect for me until a month ago when all my recipes were lost! The recipes are still on my iPhone app but wont sync to my iPad now that the cloud sync has been turned on. Despite several emails to customer service, I have received no responses. Dont waste your time or money on this one!

really useful little app and you get to feel good about it too!
It has been a long time coming, a really useful app that helps feed both the family and your conscience at once. SnapRecipes allows you to either photograph or write-up a favourite recipe, use iCloud (or your computer) to store it and then synchronise your collection between all your IOS5-compatible devices. Just in time for Christmas, it also makes a donation to an international charity organisation of 5 per cent of every sale, so its easy on your conscience, too. Recently launched, there are bound to be a few glitches, but so far I found none. It does what it says! So long as your photo of your recipe is good (and you can keep snapping until youre happy with it) all you need to do is file it under whatever category you choose in the tab bars.

Muito bom app ... Atendeu minhas necessidades, tenho receitas sem precisar escrever, somente tirando fotos das mesmas em livros ou revistas !
Super Konzept - Schwächen im Detail
Die Gesamtaufmachung und die Anlage der App sind super - man fotografiert die Rezepte und hat sie ruckzuck in die Sammlung aufgenommen und kategorisiert. Die Kategorien sind veränderbar und die Gesamtaufmachung ist super übersichtlich und ohne zu viele Optionen, die man m.E. auch nicht braucht. Eigentlich bietet die App alles, was man braucht! Im Detail gibt es aber einiges zu verbessern: der Ruhezustand sollte unterdrückt werden - das kann beim Kochen ganz schön nerven, wenn ständig der Bildschirm schwarz wird. Ebenso hat die App keine Bildschirmanpassung, d.h. sie funktioniert nur hochkant. Auch die Suchfunktion funktioniert nur, wenn man exakt den selben Namen eingibt, den man dem Rezept gegeben hat. Selbst Groß-und Kleinschreibung muss beachtet werden. Das ginge deutlich besser. Ich habe keine bessere gefunden, als ich auf der Suche nach einer guten Lösung für meine Rezeptesammlung war, aber ich würde mich freuen, wenn sie besser gepflegt werden würde.

Great App
Now I can keep all my recipes handy along with the pictures. What a convenience this is. Great app!!!! Perhaps in the next version or update they will enable you to expand the text on the iPhone screen. One of my best apps....cant stop adding recipes...lol
As advertised
So far, this app is great for keeping track of all of my torn out recipes ive collected through the years. Much easier and better!
