Eigentlich eine nette kleine Bildergeschichte für Vorschulkinder, doch die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist schlicht grottig! Auch die Vorleserin hat einen argen Akzent, da hätte man doch vielleicht jemanden finden können, der WIRKLICH diese Sprache beherrscht. (gilt für Übersetzer+Sprecherin) Positiv ist, dass man die Geschichte auch selbst vertonen kann, man kann also die Grammatik- und Aussprachefehler korrigieren. Ich hatte die App jedoch als kleine Leseübung für meine Tochter gedacht und da man den geschriebenen Text nicht auswechseln kann ist das deutlich suboptimal. Schade, wäre sonst echt fein!

Die Übersetzung läßt echt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schlechtes Deutsch. Man hat wohl "Wort für wort" übersetzt ohne auf Sinn und Grammatik zu achten. Gut ist allerdings, dass man seine eigene "Version" aufnehmen kann und somit die Fehler korrigieren kann. Das Kind hört dann die Stimme der Eltern zum Beispiel. Für 79 Cent trotzdem schwach - da Kids die schon selber lesen können echt irritiert werden. Dann macht das auch keinen Spass mehr.

What a wonderful, charming little story! Sophia is adorable in her Viking hat, and her quest to find "what she wants to be when she grows up" is certainly one all kids could appreciate. I cant wait for the next in the series!

Sophia empowers little girls to believe anything is achievable when they grow up and gives parents a wonderful tool to encourage their kids.
