Participating in Royal Mail quality surveys made easy - the Mailagents app is the central platform for sending and receiving panellists. This is where you do all your reporting and communication: Enter data about test items, receive information about current activities and upcoming surveys, access an extensive knowledge base and quizzes, check your bonus points and request vouchers to redeem rewards.

- Customizable Email Address: Users can change their default email address in the profile settings menu
- Package Reporting Notifications: Users will receive push notifications and email reminders when package reporting is required
- Enhanced Package Monitoring: Users can view details of sent, received, and planned packages from the homepage
- Increased Daily Reporting Limit: Users can now report more than 10 items per day
- Enhanced Scanning: Mailmark, barcode and data matrix codes on the envelopes of test package can now be scanned via App
User Guidance and Alerts:
- Location-Based Alerts: Users will get notified when trying to post test items from a different postcode area than their default area
- Date-Related Warnings: Users will receive a message when entering posting dates for test items on non-bank working days, public holidays, or Sundays
- Threshold Alerts: The app will display a warning message when the number of reported incorrect, doorstepped, or lost items reaches a predefined limit set by the panel management
Improvements:
- Enhanced Posting Location Search: Better accuracy and usability for searching posting locations
- Streamlined Notification Settings: App notification settings are now aligned with device notification settings. Users must enable app notifications via the device notification settings
- UX: Overall improvements to enhance usability and the general user experience of the app
