On your iPhone, Stand Up uses the app icon badge and notifications to keep you informed about your standing hour fitness data.
In order to keep you up to date on your stand hour progress, Stand Up reads stand hour data from HealthKit. Stand Up requires your permission to access this data in HealthKit, and it only reads this data; it never generates new data or writes data into HealthKit.
