You start by taking a quiz to get matched with a licensed, primary care physician who understands your lifestyle and your health needs. Next, you have a one-hour appointment with your doctor to start a real relationship. After that, your doctor is available to you anytime by text, phone, or video chat.
HOW IS LEMONAID DIFFERENT FROM OTHER DOCTOR APPS?
Unlike other services, this isnt a random doctor on-call. Each Lemonaid doctor has a limited number of patients, and has time to give you the personal attention you deserve. Lemonaid can help you get and stay healthy, manage chronic conditions and concerns, reduce stress, lose weight, sleep better, feel better, boost your immunity, and much, much more.

HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP & CANCELLATION WORK?
Lemoanid is $99 per month for a twelve-month individual membership. There are no additional fees or co-pays. There is no risk and no long-term commitment to get started. You may cancel anytime within the first month and you will only be billed for that one month. This gives you the opportunity to have your first appointment with your Lemonaid doctor, get comfortable with them, and ensure that they are a good fit for you.
DO I NEED HEALTH INSURANCE TO BE A MEMBER?
No, health insurance is not required.
IF I HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE, DO I STILL NEED TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?
Yes. The Lemonaid membership fee enables us to provide a level of personalized service that is not typically reimbursed by most insurers. However, in most cases, the fee can be reimbursed by HSAs, FSAs, MSAs, and HRAs.
CAN MY LEMONAID DOCTOR PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS?
Yes. All of our doctors are licensed physicians and can prescribe a wide range of medications available in a traditional office setting. We do not prescribe opioids, narcotics, and other controlled substances (but can coordinate your care with a specialist when these are necessary).
