Step it Up Scotland is part of Living it Up, an exciting and award winning self management digital service designed to help you get more out of life, stay happier, healthier and safer.
How does it work?
The app tracks your steps using the built-in sensors in your Apple phone, and was designed for people who are interested in health and activity tracking technology without having to buy expensive activity products.
With Step it Up Scotland you will be able to:
• Track your daily steps as you carry your phone
• Add your steps to community challenges and help your community achieve a common goal
• Keep a memory of your best moments in a Step Book
The app is free and designed for iPhone 5S or later version. It will require a Living it Up account, which we recommend you create on our main website at www.livingitup.scot
You can even use our website to suggest your own community challenges and get people involved without the need of an iPhone!
Developed with the input of thousands of people across Scotland, Living it Up is an online community where you can see advice from other people in the same situation as yourself and add your experience.
