If you choose to purchase the premium subscription ($2.99 per month), it will be charged to your iTunes account. The subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before each subscription period ends. Your premium subscription can be managed (including cancellation) in iTunes > Account Settings at any time after the purchase.
