App Shuts off as soon as I touch icon. Nothing happens. I live far from my parents and this app was lifesaving as it allowed me to catch their caretaker abusing them. it does not even open. It appears on my screen with all my apps but does not appear on my acquired apps list when I go to settings. I don’t even know how this relates to updates as it does not appear on my list. I did recently get a new iPad and transferred all my apps from my last iPad. Please resolve.
