The timer voice will instruct you on when to open and close your eyes, as well as when to begin the cool down period to start bubbling up from the meditative state. Its like having a T-M instructor there by your side.
This timer is meant for those who have already received instruction on the T-M technique.If you havent done so and you are interested in learning the practice of T-M, go to TM.org.
