TABIMORI is a hospitality app which forms just one more tier in the drive by Narita Airport to assist visitors to Japan from overseas.
It provides the answers for any problems, anything you need to know or anything you want to find out while in Japan!
As well as highlighting the customs and culture of Japan and providing basic information such as useful phrases, it also enables the user to access essential information while in Japan such as weather forecasts, information on transport connections and currency conversion rates without the need to launch other apps.
With links to free Wi-Fi information and voice translation apps, TABIMORI offers handy assistance for a comfortable, convenient trip.
■ TABIMORI Features
A host of convenient functions that can be used without an Internet connection. Pages that have been viewed, such as tourism information, etc., are stored in the app and can be viewed again without the need for Internet access. Required information is updated on line on free Wi-Fi services at hotels etc. and is always available while traveling even without an Internet connection.

Exchange rates are obtained from a server to calculate conversions between Japanese yen and 34 other currencies.

Really useful app when traveling Japan
Good to see that it is being updated and maintained. Great app for those traveling throughout Japan.
他言語verのApple storeではどう表示されているのでしょうか
私は日本語verのApple storeからダウンロードしたので他国の方がご利用する時にどのような形で表示されるのか分かりませんが、もし差異が無いのであればいくつか改善した方がいい所があると思います。(もし他言語verを作られているのであれば申し訳ありません) まず、アプリを起動して最初に出てくる利用規約ですが、全て日本語で書かれてあります。 当然ですが、このアプリのターゲットである来日外国人観光客の殆どは、日本語が読めないと思います。その中で、どれほどの方が最初の画面を見て「これは利用規約でここを押せば同意することになるんだな」と理解できるでしょうか。 せめて、言語選択の画面を最初に出すべきだと思います。 次に言語ですが、現verでは日本語、英語、中国語(簡体字、繁体字)、韓国語のみです。 アジア圏からの訪日客が多いのでこのチョイスは理解はできるのですが、中韓国以外の全ての方が英語が使えるとは思えません。 今後のバージョンアップで、例えば最近増加傾向にあるタイや、欧州の主要言語のひとつであるドイツ語やフランス語も加えて頂けるとより利用しやすくなると思います。 最後に路線検索ですが、少なくとも英語を使用言語にしている中で検索をかけると、必ずエラーになります。 対応お願いします。 デザインやコンテンツ等は分かり易くお洒落ですし、取り組み自体はとても意義のあるものだと思います。その分、致命的とも言える問題があることが残念です。 改善した上で、たくさん宣伝して頂いて(トリップアドバイザー等と提携できたりしたら、とても良いですね)広めていって欲しいと思います。 今後に期待しています。
Useless for JR Pass holders
No way to use JR lines extensively. The train routing shows either by price or the number of transfers. I prefer to use my JR pass, so I need an option to use JR only or as much as possible. Please add such an option.
