TAP (an acronym for ‘Take A Position’) is an online forum for Indian citizens to raise their voice on issues that matter. It is initiated and promoted by B M Patil Business Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
TAP aims to mobilize people’s opinion on burning issues and trending topics to make democracy stronger in India.
TAP encourages political participation of citizens. According to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), the global organization representing 190 parliaments around the world, “Democracy is only as strong as the political participation of citizens and this must be increased.”
TAP is a neutral body and not affiliated with any political, religious or social organization. It also does not subscribe to any political, spiritual or religious ideology even remotely. TAP’s role is to create a neutral platform for voicing opinion and interaction.
