This seems like a workaround application. If you’re going to make an application for other operating systems don’t just flop your website inside a web view and call it an app. That’s kind of lazy. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been using your web application for about 6 months and I love how great it works (and let’s not forget free). I’m uninstalling not because I don’t like the application but because it seems unnecessary since I keep my browser open all day long.

Have tried and tested quite a few similar products with this one coming out on top. It’s really a great deal. Things to like: Easy website integration (wordpress, HTML, etc) Not directly related to this app review but needs to be considered given how well they are integrated together. Cross platform apps. The IOS and Mac apps are snappy & don’t hog a lot of resources and give you enough information to have a solid point of reference when interacting. Easy to see where or on what page a person is on. The analytics on this particular app are well done. Could be tweaked but a great first start and ahead of everyone else. Things that would be cool: I believe there is a mapping function that shows the clients location which I did not see integrated into the app. Could be my mistake. There is the IP and country location which is a start. As someone else mentioned, this looks to be framed into an app but it’s stable and works. The only place I noticed any lack of fluidity was mousing over the historical analytics section. Overall a really useable app and I am happy I ran into this!

Simply the best free livechat option available. The developers are very responsive and quick to resolve any bugs with the product. Reported an issue with full screen not working and it was fixed within a few weeks. No complaints at all, thank you Tawk team!

Was semi-impressed with this, when we installed it across 5 sites. We KEEP finding new things out about it. The value is incredible, and we just love it. It really allowed us to up our customer service game!
