I use this app all the time to request days off and check my schedule. Super useful. Gone are the days of a rule in outlook auto-forwarding my schedule emails.

Inferior and amateur product from an employee perspective
My team went from printed paper schedules to using HotSchedules about three years ago. Our communication regarding scheduling became simple, direct and most of all WAY MORE EFFICIENT. Anytime we had an issue it was addressed and maintenance related down times on the HS servers were always communicated ahead of time. My company is now working with Heath and has decided to drop HotSchedules and use this system instead. Since the switch I have had and heard of others having request issues, application access issues, communication issues… And the basic availability of info on this app is so limited that it is more functional to just use a printed paper schedule and not bother with this. If you want to make scheduling simpler and communication more efficient go with HotSchedules.
