Petit programme amusant permettant de reproduire le son du premier instrument electronique. Bien configurable mais on ne peut pas exporter les creations. Il ny a qu un instrument jouable. Ah oui, le fond décran est egalement "vraiment ultra moche" ! Donc cest pas cher mais dans létat actuel de lappli ça ne vaut pas le coup "cosmosvox" est beaucoup plus complet!

Developed in Russia back in 1919, Leon Theremins classic instrument enjoyed popular (if not commercial) success in the 1920s and 30s, due to the virtuoso classical performances of Clara Rockmore in the 1920s and 30s; and later due to the theremins use in the sci-fi soundtracks by thereminist/podiatrist Dr. Samuel Hoffman.
Generally, the strange and evocative sound of the theremin is called upon whenever the music suggests:
- inner psychological turmoil (see "Spellbound")
- invasions by creatures from other planets ("Klaatu barada nikto")
- songs inspired by "the way the sunlight plays upon her hair"
Controlling theremin is easy: with the iPhone held out in front of you, turn it clockwise for a higher pitch, counter-clockwise for a lower pitch. Tilt the phone face-down (or face-up) to add vibrato. And use the on-screen volume control to continuously adjust amplitude. A status line shows you the current frequency, pitch (e.g. A#), and volume.
As you perform, so does Mr. Theremin. His hands move toward and away from the theremins antennae, tracking pitch with his right hand and volume with his left.
Flip to the Preferences panel, and you can adjust several important aspects of the theremins sound:
- Waveform selection: different tone colors via sine, triangle, square waves
- System volume: Adjusts the iPhone/iPod overall volume so that you can adjust the balance between Music Player and Theremin volume levels
- Pitch range: +/- 1, 2, or 3 octaves
- Vibrato speed and maximum depth
- Lissajous graphics: turn this on to enable funky oscilloscope-style graphics whose speed tracks the theremin pitch

Amusant mais limité
Son bon, perfectible
Le son est différent de Cosmovox (par exemple), il semble plus pur et proche du Thérémin quon peut entendre dans les films ou à la télé. Très facile dusage, il peut être limité pour lamateur mais le débutant ou le curieux y trouveront leur compte sans rentrer dans la complexité de Cosmovox.
Inutile
Même le très bas prix ne fait pas oublier que cette appli ne sert vraiment à rien. On ne peut même pas changer la hauteur de la note. A quoi sert une appli qui gènère juste un signal sinusoidal de 400Hz ? Jai fini par la supprimer de mon iPhone tant ce sentiment de foutage de g... ménervait. En plus, linterface est assez laide.

Lidée est bonne mais seulement pour samuser quelque minutes, le sistème nest pas lideale ,par exemlpe, pour monter de une octave il faut tordre le poignet a 180 degrés imposible avec se systeme de nest pas avoir un tendinite en practican un petit melodie avec un gran criterioum

Ich würde mich damit (wahrscheinlich) nicht auf die Bühne stellen, aber es funktioniert überraschend gut. Sehr gut finde ich die Möglichkeit bei laufendem Spiel die Parameter On-the-fly zu ändern.
